The tech sector has historically been known for lacking diversity, with women, people of color, and other marginalized groups underrepresented in employment and leadership positions. Fortunately, there is growing recognition that a lack of diversity can lead to a narrow perspective and limit innovation. The importance of diversity in tech is not just a matter of fairness and social justice but also a business imperative.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our team at StarNews Mobile is incredibly diverse, representing various backgrounds and experiences. Our diverse team is one of our greatest assets, as it brings a range of perspectives and ideas to the table that help us to create a better product and better serve our customers.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of our current 40 employees, an impressive 37 are people of color.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to racial diversity, we have employees from many different countries, bringing their unique cultural experiences to our team and helping us create an inclusive company culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, we are proud to say that our executive team is also diverse. Of our 14 executives and managers, 6 are female, and 4 are people of color.
